Change your password

Whether you forgot your password or want to update it, you can change your password at any time

Note: The option to change your password is only available through the login page. If you are already logged in, you need to Sign Out first before following these instructions.

1. In the login page, select the link provided to “request a password reset”. This appears below the areas where you enter your username and password.

2. Enter your DCH email

3. Select ‘Request password reset email’

4. Open the email you receive, and select the ‘Reset your password’ link

5. Enter your email address and new password into the webpage that opens

Note: Password reset emails are only valid for 30 minutes.
