DCH allows participating organisations to continuously upload, store, analyse and/or share time-series data generated by building management systems (BMS), energy management systems (EMS) and internet-of-things (IoT) devices.

DCH adds value to your data by also storing semantic metadata about how your buildings and sites work.

All DCH data is stored and protected from unauthorised access by using a provider from the Department of Home Affairs Certified Service Providers Listarrow-up-right

Role-based access control in DCH is implemented through organisation administrators, not DCH.

Users with administrative permission can manage users, role sets and/or user groups.

Data owners remain in full control of their data. DCH allows users to move their data away from DCH. DCH has provisions for packaging all the historic information and supports permanent deletion of client information from DCH within a stipulated period.
