Creating Rolesets

Go to Settings -> Permissions

  1. Select the "+ Add Roleset" button to create a new Roleset.

  2. Give the Roleset a name, and optionally a description

  3. Click the '+' button to add a new role (pairing of an access type and a resource) to add to the Roleset.

  4. Select the Resource you want to add the permission for. Options are Organisation, Site or Building. Selecting Site or Building also requires selection of a specific Site or Building.

  5. Select the access types to apply to the resource. Possible access types are Admin, Create, Delete, Execute, Read, and Update. Granting some access types imply other types will be automatically granted, i.e., Admin implies all others.

  6. Repeat steps 3..5 to add extra roles into the Roleset.

  7. Click 'Create' to create the Roleset.
